Yes. It's built to a credit-card footprint, so it slides into a normal card slot the way a card does — no clip, no keyring, nothing hanging off the outside of your bag. Compared with a round tracker there's no contest: a disc won't go in a wallet at all.

It handles the incidental stuff — rain, a damp pocket, a splash. It isn't built for submersion, so keep it out of the washing machine and don't take it swimming. If your wallet gets soaked, dry the card before charging it.

Yes — it's rechargeable, so there are no coin-cell batteries to buy and nothing to pry open. You'll get a heads-up on your phone when it's running low, so you're not guessing.

In most cases, yes. RFID shielding is tuned to a different frequency than the Bluetooth signal the card uses, so the two generally coexist fine — and the card doesn't weaken your wallet's RFID protection.
The exception is fully metal or carbon-fibre wallets, where the whole card compartment is enclosed. Those can cut the range down. If that's your wallet, slot the card in an outer pocket rather than deep inside the shielded section, and you'll be fine. If it doesn't work for you, send it back.
